Ingredients
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 l Milk
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 150 g Short-grain rice
- 1 Cinnamon or caramel sauce
Instructions

Rinse rice. Add to milk with vanilla and salt.

Simmer very gently for 45-60 minutes, stirring often.

Add sugar in last 10 minutes.

Serve warm or cold with cinnamon or caramel.
