Ingredients

  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 4 Large apples
  • 1 Sheet puff pastry
  • 1 Apricot jam for glaze

Instructions

    Roll pastry into rectangle on baking sheet.

    Slice apples thinly, arrange in overlapping rows.

    Dot with butter, sprinkle sugar.

    Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes until golden.

    Brush with warm apricot jam.
