Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Fresh mint
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 4 Lemons
Instructions

Whisk yolks, sugar, lemon juice and zest over double boiler until thick.

Cool completely.

Whip cream, fold into lemon mixture.

Beat whites to stiff peaks, fold in gently.

Divide into glasses. Chill 4 hours.
