Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1 Fresh thyme

Instructions

    Rub dish with garlic.

    Layer potatoes, seasoning each layer.

    Heat milk with thyme, pour over.

    Top with Parmesan.

    Bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.
