Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 500 ml Water
  • 200 g Buckwheat flour
  • 1 Butter for cooking
  • 1 Fillings: ham

Instructions

    Mix flour, egg, water and salt. Rest 1 hour.

    Cook thin crêpes in buttered pan.

  3. 3

    Add filling, fold edges.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately.
