Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Fresh thyme
  • 1 Duck breast
  • 1 Honey or cherry sauce

Instructions

    Score duck skin in crosshatch pattern.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Place skin-side down in cold pan. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes.

    Flip, cook 4 minutes more for medium-rare.

  5. 5

    Rest 5 minutes, slice.

  6. 6

    Serve with sauce and vegetables.
