Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 150 g Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Crusty bread
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 24 Canned escargots
  • 24 Escargot shells

Instructions

    Mix butter with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

    Place snail in each shell, top with garlic butter.

  3. 3

    Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until butter bubbles.

    Serve immediately with crusty bread.
