Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 50 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 125 g Flour
  • 200 g Prunes
  • 3 tablespoons Rum
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

    Soak prunes in rum for 30 minutes.

    Whisk flour, sugar and eggs until smooth.

    Add milk, butter and vanilla.

    Butter a baking dish. Scatter prunes.

    Pour batter over.

    Bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes until set.

    Serve warm or cold.
