Ingredients

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 300 ml Whipped cream
  • 500 ml Vanilla ice cream
  • 500 ml Raspberry sorbet
  • 1 Fresh berries

Instructions

    Make meringue: beat whites, gradually add sugar until stiff.

    Pipe into two discs and decorative shells. Bake at 100°C for 2 hours.

    Soften ice cream and sorbet. Layer in a lined springform pan.

    Freeze until firm.

    Assemble: meringue base, ice cream layers, meringue shells around edge.

    Top with whipped cream and berries.

    Serve immediately.
