Ingredients
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Sheets gelatin
- 300 ml Heavy cream
- 400 g Fresh raspberries
- 1 Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions

Puree raspberries, strain to remove seeds.

Bloom gelatin in cold water.

Heat 100ml puree, dissolve gelatin. Mix with remaining puree.

Whip cream to soft peaks.

Fold cream into raspberry mixture.

Divide among glasses. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Garnish with fresh raspberries.
