Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 400 g Fresh tomme cheese
Instructions

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.

Heat cream and butter with garlic.

Add to potatoes, beat well.

Over low heat, add cheese gradually, stirring vigorously.

Continue stirring until very stretchy and smooth.

Season to taste.
