Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 400 g Fresh tomme cheese

Instructions

    Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.

    Heat cream and butter with garlic.

  3. 3

    Add to potatoes, beat well.

  4. 4

    Over low heat, add cheese gradually, stirring vigorously.

  5. 5

    Continue stirring until very stretchy and smooth.

  6. 6

    Season to taste.

    Serve immediately while still stringy.
