Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 100 g Ham
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Fresh parsley
  • 2 Red bell peppers
  • 2 Green bell peppers
  • 1 Espelette pepper

Instructions

    Brown chicken pieces. Set aside.

    Sauté onion and peppers until soft.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, tomatoes, ham and Espelette pepper.

    Return chicken, cover and simmer 45 minutes.

    Adjust seasoning.

    Garnish with parsley.

    Serve with rice or crusty bread.
