Ingredients
- 5 g Salt and pepper to taste
- 250 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 300 g Bread flour
- 5 g Instant yeast
- 200 ml Warm water
Instructions

Make dough with flour, water, yeast and salt. Rise 1 hour.

Pound butter into rectangle. Wrap in dough like croissant.

Roll and fold, sprinkling sugar between layers. Do 3 folds.

Refrigerate between folds.

Press into buttered cake pan, sprinkle with sugar.

Let rise 30 minutes.

Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes until caramelized.

Invert while hot. Serve warm.
