Ingredients
- 1 Fresh berries for serving
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 60 g Powdered sugar
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 1 Berry coulis
Instructions

Beat cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.

Add sugar and vanilla.

Whip cream to soft peaks, fold into cheese mixture.

Line coeur à la crème molds with cheesecloth.

Fill with mixture, refrigerate overnight.

Unmold onto plates.

Serve with fresh berries and coulis.
