Ingredients

  • 200 g Pickled onions
  • 1 kg Small potatoes
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 200 g Cornichons
  • 500 g Raclette cheese
  • 200 g Cured meats

Instructions

    Boil potatoes until tender.

    Set up raclette grill.

  3. 3

    Place cheese slices in individual pans under grill.

  4. 4

    When cheese is melted and bubbly, scrape onto potatoes.

  5. 5

    Season with pepper.

  6. 6

    Serve with cornichons, onions and cured meats.

  7. 7

    Repeat until satisfied.
