Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Crusty bread
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 300 ml Dry white wine
- 300 g Gruyère cheese
- 300 g Emmental cheese
- 200 g Comté cheese
- 1 tablespoon Kirsch
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Instructions

Rub fondue pot with garlic.

Add wine and heat until simmering.

Gradually add cheese, stirring in figure-8 pattern.

Mix cornstarch with kirsch, add to fondue.

Season with nutmeg.

Keep warm over low flame.
