Ingredients

  • 500 g Puff pastry
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 500 ml Pastry cream
  • 1 Powdered sugar
  • 200 g Fondant icing

Instructions

    Roll puff pastry thin. Bake between two sheets at 200°C until golden.

    Cut into rectangles.

    Fold whipped cream into pastry cream.

    Layer: pastry, cream, pastry, cream, pastry.

    Warm fondant, spread on top layer.

  6. 6

    Pipe chocolate lines, drag with toothpick for feathered effect.

    Refrigerate until set. Dust with powdered sugar.
