Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 l Vegetable stock
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Tomatoes
- 200 g Green beans
- 200 g White beans
- 100 g Small pasta
- 1 For pistou: 2 cups basil
Instructions

Cook white beans in stock until almost tender, about 30 minutes.

Add potatoes, cook 10 minutes.

Add zucchini, green beans, tomatoes, onion and pasta.

Cook 15 minutes until vegetables and pasta are tender.

Make pistou: blend basil, garlic, Parmesan and oil until smooth.

Serve soup with a generous dollop of pistou.

Pass extra pistou at the table.
