Ingredients
- 60 g Butter
- 1 Breadcrumbs
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 1 Fresh parsley
- 150 ml Dry white wine
- 50 g Gruyère cheese
- 2 Shallots
- 16 Large scallops
Instructions

Sauté mushrooms and shallots in butter. Add wine and reduce by half.

Add cream, simmer until thickened.

Sear scallops briefly, 1 minute per side.

Place scallops in shells or ramekins. Spoon sauce over.

Top with cheese and breadcrumbs.

Broil until golden and bubbly.

Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
