- 1 Fresh thyme
- 1 Mixed salad greens
- 8 slices Baguette
- 200 g Goat cheese log
- 100 g Walnuts
- 1 For dressing: 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat broiler.

Place goat cheese on baguette slices. Drizzle with honey and thyme.
