Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Fresh thyme
  • 1 Mixed salad greens
  • 8 slices Baguette
  • 200 g Goat cheese log
  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 1 For dressing: 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat broiler.

    Place goat cheese on baguette slices. Drizzle with honey and thyme.

    Broil until cheese is golden and bubbly.

    Whisk dressing ingredients together.

    Toss greens with dressing and walnuts.

    Top with warm goat cheese toasts.
