Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 100 g Flour
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 2 Whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons Dark rum

Heat milk with butter and vanilla until butter melts. Cool.

Whisk eggs, yolks and sugar. Add flour.

Gradually add milk mixture and rum.

Refrigerate batter 24-48 hours.

Preheat oven to 220°C. Butter canelé molds.

Fill molds three-quarters full.

Bake 15 minutes at 220°C, then 45 minutes at 180°C.

Unmold while warm. Exterior should be dark and caramelized.
