Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 60 g Butter
- 100 ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Fresh mint
- 12 Pearl onions
- 500 g Fresh or frozen peas
- 1 Head butter lettuce
Instructions

Melt butter in a pan. Add onions and cook until golden.

Add peas, lettuce, sugar and water.

Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes until peas are tender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh mint.
