Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
  • 450 ml Water
  • 1 Fresh rosemary
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 200 g Chickpea flour

Instructions

    Whisk chickpea flour, water, 2 tablespoons olive oil and salt. Rest 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to maximum with a cast iron pan inside.

    Add remaining oil to hot pan, pour in batter.

    Bake 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Season with pepper and rosemary.

  6. 6

    Cut into wedges and serve hot.
