Ingredients
- 150 ml Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 100 ml Cream
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 White pepper
- 1 Fresh thyme
- 500 g Salt cod
- 1 Toasted bread for serving

Poach salt cod in water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and flake.

Mash potatoes with garlic.

Combine fish and potatoes. Beat in olive oil and cream gradually.

Season with thyme and white pepper.

Spread in baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.

Broil until golden.
