Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 3 Carrots
- 300 ml White wine
- 1 kg Lamb shoulder
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 12 Pearl onions
- 200 g Green beans
- 1 Bouquet garni
- 3 Turnips
- 500 ml Lamb or beef stock
- 200 g Peas
- 12 New potatoes
Instructions

Brown lamb in batches. Set aside.

Sauté onions until golden. Add tomato paste and flour.

Add wine, stock and bouquet garni. Return lamb.

Cover and simmer 1 hour.

Add carrots, turnips and potatoes. Cook 30 minutes.

Add beans and peas. Cook 15 minutes more.

Season and serve.
