Ingredients

  • 1 Powdered sugar
  • 1 Choux pastry: 125ml water
  • 1 Praline cream: 300ml milk
  • 1 Sliced almonds

Instructions

    Make choux pastry. Pipe a large ring on baking sheet. Sprinkle with almonds.

    Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until golden.

    Make pastry cream with milk, yolks, sugar and flour. Cool.

    Beat in praline paste. Fold in whipped cream.

  5. 5

    Slice choux ring in half horizontally.

  6. 6

    Pipe praline cream on bottom half. Replace top.

    Dust with powdered sugar. Serve.
