Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Powdered sugar for dusting
  • 400 g Fresh cherries
  • 1 Butter for dish

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Butter a baking dish.

    Scatter cherries in dish.

    Blend flour, sugar, eggs, milk, cream, vanilla and salt until smooth.

    Pour batter over cherries.

    Bake 40-45 minutes until puffed and golden.

    Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar.

    Serve warm.
