Ingredients
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
- 150 g Butter
- 5 Egg whites
- 50 g Flour
- 100 g Almond flour
- 150 g Powdered sugar
Instructions

Brown butter in a saucepan until nutty and golden. Cool.

Mix almond flour, powdered sugar, flour and salt.

Add egg whites and mix until smooth.

Stir in brown butter.

Refrigerate batter 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Butter financier molds.

Fill molds and bake 12-15 minutes until golden.

Cool slightly before unmolding.
