Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Onion
- 150 g Bacon lardons
- 1 Pizza dough
- 200 g Fromage blanc or crème fraîche
- 1 Fresh nutmeg

Preheat oven to maximum temperature, at least 250°C.

Sauté onions until soft and golden.

Cook bacon until slightly crispy.

Roll dough very thin on a floured surface.

Spread fromage blanc over dough.

Top with onions and bacon. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are charred and crispy.

Serve immediately.
