Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 125 ml Milk
- 100 g Butter
- 125 ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 150 g Flour
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 150 g Gruyère cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Heat water, milk and butter until boiling.

Add flour all at once, stir until dough forms a ball.

Beat in eggs one at a time.

Stir in cheese, mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Pipe or spoon mounds onto baking sheets.

Bake 25 minutes until puffed and golden.
