Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 100 g Apricot jam
  • 1 Sweet tart shell
  • 500 ml Pastry cream
  • 1 Assorted fresh fruits

Instructions

    Fill cooled tart shell with pastry cream.

    Arrange fresh fruits decoratively on top.

    Heat apricot jam with water, strain to make glaze.

    Brush glaze over fruits.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
