Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and thick.

Fold in flour, baking powder and salt.

Add melted butter and lemon zest.

Refrigerate batter at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Butter madeleine molds.

Fill molds three-quarters full.

Bake 10-12 minutes until golden with characteristic bump.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
