Ingredients

  • 1 Egg for egg wash
  • 1 Batch croissant dough
  • 16 Dark chocolate batons

Instructions

    Prepare croissant dough through all folds.

    Roll dough to 5mm thick rectangle.

    Cut into 8 rectangles.

    Place 2 chocolate batons on each rectangle, roll up tightly.

  5. 5

    Let rise 2 hours until doubled.

  6. 6

    Brush with egg wash.

  7. 7

    Bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
