- 1 Batch croissant dough
- 16 Dark chocolate batons

Prepare croissant dough through all folds.

Roll dough to 5mm thick rectangle.

Cut into 8 rectangles.

Place 2 chocolate batons on each rectangle, roll up tightly.

Let rise 2 hours until doubled.
