Ingredients
- 10 g Salt and pepper to taste
- 80 g Sugar
- 500 g Flour
- 10 g Instant yeast
- 300 ml Cold milk
- 280 g Cold butter
- 1 Egg for egg wash
Instructions

Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add milk and form dough. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Pound butter into a flat square between parchment.

Roll dough into rectangle, place butter in center, fold like a letter.

Roll out and fold in thirds. Refrigerate 1 hour. Repeat twice.

Roll dough to 5mm thick. Cut triangles and roll into crescents.

Let rise 2 hours until doubled.

Brush with egg wash.

Bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
