Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 100 g Butter
  • 125 ml Water
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 150 g Flour
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 500 ml Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Heat water, milk, butter and salt until butter melts and mixture boils.

    Remove from heat, add flour all at once, stir vigorously until dough forms a ball.

    Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.

    Pipe mounds onto baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and hollow.

    Cool completely, then slice and fill with ice cream.

    Melt chocolate with cream for sauce.

    Drizzle warm chocolate sauce over profiteroles and serve immediately.
