- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 200 g Sugar
- 6 Large apples
- 1 Sheet puff pastry
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Whipped cream for serving

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet. Add sugar and cook until golden caramel.

Add vanilla and cinnamon.

Arrange apple quarters tightly in the caramel.

Cook on stovetop for 15 minutes until apples begin to soften.

Cover with puff pastry, tucking edges around apples.

Bake 25-30 minutes until pastry is golden.

Let cool 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Serve with whipped cream.
