Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 8 Thin crêpes
  • 1 Zest and juice of 2 oranges
  • 60 ml Grand marnier
  • 30 ml Cognac for flambé

Instructions

    Melt butter in a large pan. Add sugar and cook until lightly caramelized.

    Add orange zest and juice, stir until combined.

  3. 3

    Add Grand Marnier and simmer for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Fold crêpes into quarters and add to the sauce, coating well.

  5. 5

    For flambé: warm cognac, pour over crêpes and carefully ignite.

    Serve immediately while flames subside.
