Ingredients

  • 100 g Bacon rashers
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500 g Pork shoulder
  • 1 Hot water crust pastry: 400g flour
  • 1 Fresh sage
  • 1 Pork jelly

Instructions

    Make hot water crust pastry. Line muffin tins.

    Mix pork, bacon, sage and seasonings.

  3. 3

    Fill pastry cases. Top with pastry lids.

  4. 4

    Bake at 180°C for 45-60 minutes.

    Cool, fill with pork jelly through hole in lid.
