Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 400 g Golden syrup
- 375 g Shortcrust pastry
- 150 g Fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Clotted cream for serving
Instructions

Line tart tin with pastry. Chill 30 minutes.

Warm golden syrup. Mix with breadcrumbs and lemon.

Stir in beaten egg.

Pour into pastry case.

Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes until set.

Serve warm with clotted cream.
