Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 100 g Plain flour
  • 150 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 450 g Pork sausage meat

Instructions

    Peel soft-boiled eggs carefully.

    Wrap each in sausage meat evenly.

    Coat in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.

    Deep fry at 170°C for 8-10 minutes until golden.

    Serve warm or cold with mustard.
