- 100 g Plain flour
- 150 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Oil for frying
- 450 g Pork sausage meat
Instructions

Peel soft-boiled eggs carefully.

Wrap each in sausage meat evenly.

Coat in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.

Deep fry at 170°C for 8-10 minutes until golden.
