  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Fresh rosemary
  • 12 Lamb cutlets
  • 1 Sea salt and pepper
  • 1 Mint jelly for serving

Instructions

    Rub cutlets with oil, rosemary and garlic.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    BBQ or grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

    Rest briefly.
