Ingredients

  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 400 g Canned beetroot
  • 1 Fresh mint
  • 1 Pita chips for serving

Instructions

    Blend beetroot, yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice and cumin until smooth.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Transfer to serving bowl.

    Garnish with mint and drizzle of olive oil.

    Serve with pita chips.
