Ingredients
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 400 g Canned beetroot
- 1 Fresh mint
- 1 Pita chips for serving
Instructions

Blend beetroot, yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice and cumin until smooth.
