Ingredients
- 500 ml Cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Wattleseed
- 3 Sheets gelatin
- 1 Fresh berries for serving
Instructions

Bloom gelatin in cold water.

Heat cream, sugar and wattleseed until simmering.

Remove from heat, stir in gelatin until dissolved.

Strain into molds. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Unmold and serve with fresh berries.
