Wattleseed Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Cream
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Wattleseed
  • 3 Sheets gelatin
  • 1 Fresh berries for serving

Instructions

    Bloom gelatin in cold water.

    Heat cream, sugar and wattleseed until simmering.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat, stir in gelatin until dissolved.

  4. 4

    Strain into molds. Refrigerate 4 hours.

  5. 5

    Unmold and serve with fresh berries.
