- 200 g Beef mince
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 Oil for frying
- 200 g Cabbage
- 1 Stick celery
- 1 Spring roll wrappers

Cook mince, break up well. Add vegetables and curry powder.
