Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Beef mince
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 200 g Cabbage
  • 1 Stick celery
  • 1 Spring roll wrappers

Instructions

    Cook mince, break up well. Add vegetables and curry powder.

    Cook until vegetables soften. Cool.

    Roll filling in wrappers, sealing edges.

  4. 4

    Deep fry until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
