Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 310 ml Milk
- 40 g Self-raising flour
- 220 g Caster sugar
- 60 g Butter
- 1 Zest and juice of 2 lemons
Instructions

Beat butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, lemon zest and juice.

Fold in flour and milk.

Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into mixture.

Pour into greased baking dish.

Bake in water bath at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Serve warm with cream.
