Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Fresh herbs
- 2 Sheets puff pastry
- 500 g Pork mince
- 1 Egg for glazing
- 1 Sesame seeds
Instructions

Mix mince, onion, breadcrumbs, egg and herbs.

Place filling along edge of pastry, roll up.

Cut into portions. Brush with egg, sprinkle sesame seeds.

Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Serve with tomato sauce.
