Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 500 g Beef mince
- 2 tablespoons Plain flour
- 375 ml Beef stock
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Sheets puff pastry
- 1 Sheet shortcrust pastry
Instructions

Brown mince with onion. Stir in flour.

Add stock, tomato paste and Worcestershire. Simmer until thick.

Line pie dish with shortcrust. Fill with meat.

Top with puff pastry. Brush with egg.

Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Serve with tomato sauce.
