Ingredients
- 330 g Caster sugar
- 500 ml Cream
- 2 teaspoons Cornflour
- 6 Egg whites
- 1 teaspoon White vinegar
- 1 Fresh passionfruit

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Gradually add sugar.

Fold in vinegar and cornflour.

Shape into round on baking paper.

Bake at 100°C for 1.5 hours. Turn off oven, leave inside to cool.

Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
