Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 Kangaroo steaks
- 1 Fresh rosemary
- 1 Native pepper
- 1 Red wine jus
Instructions

Bring steaks to room temperature.

Rub with oil, garlic and rosemary.

Season with pepper and salt.

Sear on high heat 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve with red wine jus and roasted vegetables.
