Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 Barramundi fillets
- 100 g Macadamia nuts
- 50 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 1 Fresh herbs
Instructions

Mix macadamias, panko, butter, lemon zest and herbs.

Season fish with salt and pepper.

Press nut mixture onto fish fillets.

Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes.

Serve with salad and lemon wedges.
